The frontier Model School & College Proudly announces admissions in F.Sc.(Pre.Medical, Pre.Engg., & Comp.Sc.) for the session 2006-2007.

ADMISSOIN INFORMATION

  Thank you for your interest in gaining further information about the procedures for obtaining admission into FMSC.

At the commencement of the academic year, applications for admission to various classes (Nursery tp XI) at FMSC are invited through a press release. The dates for admission tests and interviews are also intimated in due course of time.

(i) Application is to be submitted on the prescribed form, annexed in the prospectus, and is available from the office on payment.

(ii) School leaving certificate, duly countersigned by concerned EDO of the last school attended (for class 1st to 9th) are to attached with the application.

(iii) Students seeking admission to class XI (1rst Year) must attach the following copies of the documents with the application form.(All copies should be attested)

Matriculation Examination result or provisional.

Detailed Marks Certificate(DMC)

Certificate of good character.

Migration certificate (in original) if passed from any other Board.

Domicile Certificate.

(iv) The admission forms, complete in all respects should be submitted to the Principal before the declared last date. The candidate must be of good conduct and behaviour and will be accepted on the clear understanding that the first term is probationary one and that he/she will have to leave the institution at any time if the proncipal is of the opinion that his/her conduct and interest in learning is unsatisfactory. Parents/Guardians have to submit an affidavit on court paper guaranteeing the student's sound character.

(v) Students wishing to join the school classes will be required to qualify a written test in English, Science, Urdu and Mathematics while for admission to class XI students will have to take a test in English, Mathematics/Biology & Science subjects. Candidates will be interviewed by an admission committee who shall evaluate their aptitude and conduct. Admission will be given on the basis of merit, determined by the candidates academic record and his/her performance in test and interview.

(vi) The main criterion in the admission tests and interview is to select such candidates who can keep pace with the rapid educational advancement and are quite responsive to the efforts put by the FMS, aiming to provide these students with sound educational foundation in primary and middle classes and also to prepare them for qualifying the SSC (Matriculation) and intermediate (Pre-Engineering and Pre-Medical, Computer Science) examinations with scintillating performance and flying colors.

(vii) Age limit for eligible students on 1st date of academic session shall be as under:-

Nursery :         4 years to 4 ½ years.

Prep       :         5 years to 5 ½ years.

1st          :         6 years to 6 ½ years.

Age eligibility limit up to XI class can be derived from the above rules.

DATE OF BIRTH ONCE ENTERED IN THE ADMISSION FORM WILL NOT BE CHANGED.
